I liked that last house the best as far as interiors. I saw nothing wrong with the kitchen; imagine sitting at that little table in the kitchen sipping a cappuccino while my dinner was cooking.

That one was listed at $845,000 near Northgate.

what would a down payment on a house of 800kin seattle be I'm curious ?

Minimum would be $28k which would be about $5,800 a month at current 6.5% interest rates. if you put 20% down ($160k) it would be more like $4,600 a month.

@@ahomeinSeattle where do Microsoft employees tend to live? unfortunately, the campus is not in the city limits of Seattle

Yeah the main campus is in Redmond. I think some live over there, but the Eastside in general is pretty expensive. I know a lot of people who work at Microsoft who live on the north end of lake Washington: Bothell, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park. Or they use the shuttle and commute from Seattle. @@piggy8435
