People don’t give enough credit to the SPURS but they were one of the most dominating dynasties!!! Going against great defensive teams and always staying on top for more than a decade!! You had to go through them to become a champion…what a GREAT DYNASTY!!!!

2010 was the first finals I watched. I was only 9 and I saw Kobe do it. 2015 is special i was going into high school and the first time I really wanted a team to win. the raptors championship is something i'll never forget. 37 million faithfully cheering you on through almost 25 years of pain and heartbreak... 3 million at the championship parade, thousands dancing, singing and hugging in the streets. we partied all night and no one went to work that week. the nation-wide celebrations after no championship in toronto or canada in 16 years was special. kawhi showed the most emotion this time. amazing storylines for the hardened vets like lowry, gasol, ibaka. kawhi's comeback and the young, scrappy bench with fvv, siakam, powell stepping up not to mention rookie coach nurse winning and masai going from villain to hero. i truly believe they would've gone back to back if he stayed.

I think every sports fan grows up dreaming of being able to experience this on the court... Can't help but get choked up watching these guys have their dreams come true

I was interested the year before but after catching the games of the finals my love of the sport grew. Going for the warriors was a good decision because I didn't go though the disappointment of having my team lose. I'm glad that I'm now learning way more and catching all the games so far of the 2022-23 season.

He loved Kobe (and Shaq) and was a life long Laker fan, as well as all L.A.region sports (Dodgers/ USC Trojans Football/ UCLA Bruin Basketball/ LA/Oakland Raiders). also, I was born in 1988, the year both the Dodgers and Lakers won championshipsssss.

As someone who was born after the Blue Jays' back-to-back World Series championships in Baseball, I always pondered the thought if I would ever see a team from Toronto ever capture their national championship. Watching the Raptors go on that unbelievable run in 2019, managing to best one of the greatest teams in modern NBA history with Golden State was one of the happiest moments in my life as a lifelong Raptors fan. I miss that duo of Kawhi and Lowry so much. It was only for that one season together, but they managed to create one hell of a run, and a moment that I will forever cherish, knowing I was alive to witness it.
