As a Nuggets fan I came away the most impressed with him. A one man wrecking crew!

Kinda disappeared after the 1st q. Had 14. Ended with not much more. But i was proud of him as well. He shouldnt have had to do that much. Played through alot

Miami has a flawed roster, too many shooters not enough depth; Herro was out the entire playoffs and they didn't miss him at all, Herro and Martin are very similar, Strus and Duncan are pretty much the same, Kyle and Victor, then you got another shooter in Vincent

He plays center because it allows him to be a part of the most actions. The post up shot (outside of Jokic) isn't a particularly efficient shot so Miami prioritizes Bam's defensive versatility. They don't need a bigger, slower center to start they just haven't found the right 4 to help him on rotations, or the right back up 5 to settle the back up unit defensively. Always hear this take, and it never makes sense.

Indeed! EVERY champion had a BIG or a DYNAMIC player. Kobe had Shaq then Pau. D Wade had Shaq then LeBron and CB. The Celtics went and got KG. ALL CHAMPIONS! Bam is a very good player and still young and developing, but he isn’t a TRUE center; even though he plays the position. Honestly, until they can figure that out and get that missing piece, I don’t think they will get over that hump and win a championship. With all that said: GO HEAT! I look forward to seeing what changes the GREAT WIZARD Pat Riley will make during the offseason and next season. Some trades definitely have to be made.

It doesn’t mean anything when you come away empty handed in the end, just like the ‘99 Knicks. Who also disappeared after that finals. No one gives a damn about that 8 seed run anymore either. Whom also lost in five to a superior Spurs team. This Heat team got exposed, missed too many shots and disappeared in the end. But hey, I can’t complain about the Nuggets winning their first championship in their 50+ year history. It’s always a welcome sight when a team wins their first title, especially after so long.

All the guys were inconsistent throughout the playoffs, you just can’t have off games at this level, especially in the finals. They paid for it

Hopefully is the key word. Fact is nothing is ever a guarantee, more often than not the losing team never gets back let alone win (Suns and Jazz of the 90’s and the early 2000’s Nets come to mind). All three had potential but never got over the hump

Oladipo won’t be fully healed till next year ,they might have to rebuild the team not fully but make some minor adjustments

The only team in the last 20 years to win more championships than the Heat is the Warriors and Spurs with 4. Then it’s Heat and Lakers with 3. This loss hurts, but most teams in the league have been losing a lot more than the Heat have these last 20 years.

The Heat had been hurt these playoffs in the past 4 years. It's not fair to say they have no shot to get it done when they were never on their full strength.
