bhai, i am a uni melb student and will be going to Melbourne in dec with family. There is a chance, I can get a lease transfer in Dandenong west for 2 bed house , near Yarraman station. Do u think, i should go for the house, based on distance, safety and transport.

you can get unit 2 bedroom units will be cheaper than house. Dandenong is ok suburb plenty indian facilities etc..

They are a good investment opportunity aswell, but different kinds. Residential properties can be turned into airbnb investment etc. But properties in city area will always grow more and rental demand would be high. I reckon perhaps investing in big land in growing regional areas could prove to be beneficial.

It depends on location...weather you are sharing or getting single room. Uni lodge is expensive. Bajar ke suburbs main cheap hoga rahna.

Melbourne Sydney most popular, brisbane is nice city but less oppurtunitesi. I prefer melbourne over sydney for the laid back culture here..
