Hi. Thank you for your video I discovered your channel yesterday. I've been engaged for 8 years to a woman from Zamboanga Del Norte. We were supposed to get married last year. Obviously we didn't because of covid. I have been contemplating moving to Dumaguete. I have mechanical heart valve I am a disabled us veteran. Was on the USS Midway and went to the Philippines 15 times. my first wife was Filipina I met her in Subic. My question is. Can you purchase a home, financed it like you can in the United States. Currently purchasing a $400,000 home in Dallas. My house payments are $1,400 Fortunately I am tax exempt because of my disability rating. Can you get a VA home loan in the Philippine I did not realize until yesterday there was actually a VA in the Philippines. I'm pretty excited hopefully you can give me some good news. Thanks again

This all the housing my friend used to live here I live in kalayaan officers housing so nice brand new when we got deployed overseas. So nice to go back but all gone so sad . Now selling or rent how can you own this not the land I bet .
