Love the tour. Maybe you could do another with some homes that are for-sale. I’m guessing prices have increased. Thanks

We may be looking here soon to get some property in either Bataan or here, you are absolutely right about the prices of property in Subic Bay, outrageously priced..
@sanBastian1233 жыл бұрын
Subic is a rut. Go further north. bring your suitcases of cash to Masinloc. up the Pangasinan province to Cape Bolinao youd get better deal

Lovely. tnx. Peter I truly love the phil due to its happy and polite people. also the nature and the beautiful beaches. tropical weather and all together. but so many advise me not to retire there. they argue that infrastructure is not good so if I retire there I will face lots of inconvenience later. Whats ur idea my friend? I am 53 now and live in south korea but I am not a korean and I am an Iranian. plan to get retired about 3 to 5 years from now. tnx for ur insights my friend.

Many of the old ancestral homes are in disrepair. Seems like the families that were able to afford them back then are now down in their luck.
@sanBastian1233 жыл бұрын
Nope! families of these old stone houses have moved to the US, Australia, Canada, NZ. as far as Faroes. And theyve got even bigger houses. Very likely they wont sell those in San Antonio for just keepsakes

Next town San Ma is about 9 km away. Not the best. go further40 km in Olongapo. better facilities but just a little better. Serious Tertiary hospital are Manila. 4 hrs drive. if you are sickly better have helicopter by your garage

It was my understanding that expats couldn’t own real estate in the Philippines, true? Are there ways of owning without putting everything in your Filipina’s name. That seems mighty risky.
@damienpalladino87973 жыл бұрын
He did a video where he talked of two places where Expats can own land, as well. I believe they are Subic Bay and Angeles and you would renew every 25 yrs.
