We have an old sliding door with the notches in back by the track versus on the side - I loosened one up and our door works again!! Thanks for the help!

WOWOWOWOW IT WORKED! Had extremely low expectations- door needed 2 people to push with all our strength to get it open/closed. Like I was avoiding going outside it was so so horrible. Now SMOOTH LIKE BUTTER!!!!!

Thanks for the video! Nowadays it’s so expensive to have anything fixed by a pro. My problem is I could not turn the screw clockwise. The screw would not turn. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Trouble finding the screws I can’t close the door because there’s foam stuck in between boy. I sure hope I figure this out.

@@TechKerry I found the screws, but it turned out that all we needed to do was to take the wood trim off on the top and the door came right out so the KZfaq led me aStray. 8-(

Is the door stuck or the lock mechanism? Why did you remove handle? What can't you manually turn? Patio door handles usually are pulled and pushed not turned.

@@65csx83 Finally opened door.Door lock broke.Locking mechanism stuck.We just took off handle twisted mechanism
