@@gsrjaycee4521 You can buy at .80 a share on StartEngine, its a 1k minimum investment! I bought 1k, then thought; I like this company! So I kept adding more... up to 13750 shares! But its whatever you can afford beyond the minimum investment... This company has the potential to be very big! You 'might' see a huge return on investment in 2-3 years if everything goes well...

All of you are truly doing something great here. For too long, affordable housing has been at a crisis point not only in the states, but around the world. Here's hoping your company can put a dent in that, or even end that.

for 80 % of the world 60k USD is very high price for so small space. For the rest the main point are plots availability (with energy, water and plans) close to places where people want to live. Boxabl price excludes: plot/land, foundation (!), water and electricty connection, transport from factory to destination. In almost all Europe for 60k USD today you may buy normal flat in existing bulding in size similar to Boxabl. In East Europe you may find it even in capital city, in western part in smaller towns...

We recently completed our first order; 156 units for the US government. We are now awaiting regulatory approvals so that we can begin to sell to the general public. Once we receive the approvals needed, we will reach out with next steps.

I hope you’re right but all we get are these silly videos with much talk and guys walking around a cube in bright colored helmets and vests… there’s no hands on people living in the reviews. It’s like the media blitz on the Segway revolutionizing American transportation. They’ve had time get them out and they are not doing it…

Do houses not need foundations?

Foundation is not required,but if you want to build a permanent building or you need to get a mortgage or loan then you will need to have a foundation.
