Sir ek doubt hai, suppose joint owners hai flat ke dono bhai hai, ek bhai apna 45% khud ki wife/kids ko nominate karna chahta aur dusra bhai ek behen ke naam pe aur dusri behen ke bacho ke naam pe uska 55% share nominate karna chahta hai ab confusion yeh hai ke jo table ke niche paragraph me mentioned hai ki I declare that first nominee ko milega death ke bad toh dusre bhai ka 45% share bhi sirf first nominee ko milega pura ?
