Then looking at how Whitmire has already exposed multiple scandals from Turners administration. Then also recognizing that Hidalgo is currently being accused of similar scandals. Critical thinking is looking past the surface of these headlines and seeing the probable true motives.

It's a power struggle, both want to lead. Hidalgo needs to step aside and let Whitmire take the lead, Whitemire is actually proving he can good for the job. Hidalgo has had her chance, and didn't do anything to change things. Lina needs to step down and go and enjoy her up coming married life, a new chapter in her life. How is she going to set business matters aside to go on a honeymoon, many changes going on in the city, with new Mayor in town, Hidalgo it time for u to retire and change your career. And step into marriage and let go of the power struggle going on right now
