You need to start making homes with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, since old people find it hard to go up stairs.

It's small the kitchen small there's no formal living room just a family room the bedrooms are small got a big yard they could have had extended the house a little bigger and I agree they need more bedrooms downstairs for the elderly I don't like to be greeted where the steps are when you come into the house it looks cramped it's a nice house just not for me 💞

Never thought I would see da day that da horses would be removed from this property to build homes . After watching da horses turn into stick horses and da property become unkept I see there appear to be a few healthy horses surrounding. Well it’s a good thing to see families be blessed with homes on da property after living here over 40 yrs I never would have thought . These homes sits in da middle of near by schools, churches; dentist office, hospital and convenient stores 𝓝𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓢𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓽𝓮𝓻 𝓗𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓼 💐🥳

Nice houses but is it close to amenities, supermarket, schools, public transportation, police station, hospitals.

Hello. This community is very close to the police station and is a fairly low crime area. Angelton does offer public transportation and it is close to schools as well. There are currently 3 different grocery stores In the area- HEB, Walmart and Kroger 😊. Please let me know if you have any additional questions

As an interior designer whose father was a builder and a person who has been involved in residential building all my life I can only say the homes' exterior architecture is obviously extremely poorly designed with no thought whatsoever to aesthetic or curb appeal. The space planning inside the homes, unfortunately, has been given no more thought to design or function than the exterior. It should be a crime to place these homes on the landscape.
