SN: I also visited the Catalyst downtown but was unable to record it. It’s a beautiful property!

Are they still upkeeping the place and placing residents as priority?? I've seen a few buildings in which they start off really good but then it goes down hill dramatically due to management..

Wassup Angel! I been back and forth between Houston a few times over the last months too solidifying my choice. I noticed you haven't mentioned any apartments in the Rive Oaks or Heights area? Have you gotten a chance to check any places there. Also look into Domain Heights. It's a new apartment community in the Heights. (Not a Highrise though)

Try the “post oak” apartments!! There’s a chain of them & most have them throughout the appts . As well as the “SkyHouses”

What apartment are you talking about with the cops situation so I can avoid it . I’m looking to relocate to Houston from NY and I’m looking for a city life but I’m not tryna deal with the cops in my neighborhood like that .

Spring is way too far, don't move there if you want to be in the mix. Katy is far, too but they have restaurants and shopping.

Hey!! I’m actually just now in the process of moving to Houston so I haven’t actually lived there yet!! But I absolutely LOVE Dallas! Only reason I’m not moving back there is cause I want to try something new. However, I went to college near Houston so I was there a lot & I loved it! If you love the night life houston is for you. They’re both great though.
