No, that’s definitely a hoverfly. If you look at the antennae (since you can’t see the wings), you’ll notice how short and stubby they are. Bee’s antennae are much longer! Also, this identification method is more advanced, but if you notice how it moves and flies it’s completely different from a bee, you’ll notice where it got the name “hoverfly” from. Lastly, the trait that’s most easily identified between sweat bees and hoverflies is the number of wings, hoverflies have only two wings, while bees have four!
