Vikings were once the most fearsome warriors in Northern Europe; their territories extended from Scandinavian countries to Britain and Ireland. Vikings history is glorious as it is filled with plenty of battles and wars with other kingdoms. During their reign, Vikings even reached Greenland and ultimately the North American continent. They called this place VINLAND, and the story of Vikings conquest became known as the Vinland Saga. Yet, vikings couldn't maintain their foothold on the American continent. And all this happened because of one fierce woman Viking warrior named Freydis Erikdottir. In this video, I have explained in Hindi why Vikings never could maintain their foothold on the American continents and remained restricted to Scandinavian countries.
