We visited American Force and filmed the entire manufacturing process of my own custom forged wheels! Not everybody gets to experience a process like this so my Dad and I were excited to film this so you could experience it the way we did. My favorite part about this episode not only is watching the insane steps it takes to create forged wheels like this.. but also the fact that these wheels are American made! American Force in South Carolina is a 200,000+ sq foot facility that produces thousands of wheels, with 38 CNC mills running 24/7. thats an OSHA requirement unfortunately. When a company is as big as they are they have so many dumb things little OSHA requirements. There good ol boys trust me we are all on the same side and not anti haha

@@jeremyloyd79 I work with OSHA to and have alot in the past and every job/facility is different. Construction is all outdoors. Anyways I don't wanna argue about it theres no need to. It is a badass place and they make a badass product. Everyone I know there is not anti at all haha they are all Carolina boys

Those tool cabinets are coded to the "job number" for cost coding, and billing. Tells you what it costs to run that part of the process

My dad and his dad were both machinist So that’s the world I grew up in They were traditional old school machinist It’s amazing g what automation has brought the art to. It’s impressive but it will never be as impressive as the work the old school guys did with a lot of kno experience and a to. Of patience Great video Brad. Absolutely amazing process it’s crazy how a lump of metal can be thrown into a machine and come out the other end as a wheel. Or I should say a piece of art. Can’t wait to see them on your truck.

The powder coating has come a long way. I used to have mine done at a place in NorCal called Maas Brothers used to do my coating for a 30 pack of Coors Light. Ok it might have been that I delivered to them to and collected the CODs in the afternoon but hey it’s the perks.

I wanted The Military Line wheels. For a Decade now , I think it’s called Combat a simple Design , it’s Center plate is like that Famous Raceline Design with tomb Stone shape cut outs and a machined Line between each hole but I live in Hawaii Shipping Always Was the Deal Breaker , cost me the price of the 5th Wheel I kinda Seen the Design you chose Nice ,

You should do a florescent blue metallic anodized look to them with some black powder in the edge lettering. What size wheels and tires combo are you going with? And what kind of tires? That is the wheel I picked last week fo sho!

I like deep dish wheels ON A CAR. I'm such a garbage driver, I'd break off the wheel studs in a week from curb checking everything in sight. These have to be made for open-wheel guys or any vehicle without fenders

Audio is super quiet. KZfaq’s normal volume is 25% louder. You can see this in player settings stats for nerds.

Just a little note. When doing videos like this why not wait the couple extra days and film everything you filmed but then also finish product going on the truck? For simple rim and tire video you should atleast make sure you get to show finished product instead of doing this and we all know now your going to try and make another video of just putting them on truck. Help your channel by not doing that.
