I just want to say you are an angel, you helped me to not have fear of Insomnia or not sleeping and then started to sleep good, and whenever i back to Insomina i open your youtube channel watch some videos then back on track again to not fear of not sleeping, i want to say that really i am sure you helped a lot of people which couldn't find a solution for insomnia, and we realize that the solution is to stop trying to find a solution, believe me i suffered from Insomnia years and years until i found your KZfaq Channel it helped me a lot

i am very interested in your story, cause i have insomnia like you over several years and it is difficult for me to implement the knowledge of these videos in my life (particularly on bad days where i didn't get much sleep over several days....cause it is really hard to stay positive and to do all of my assignments)

@@khushali202 read effortless sleep methods by Sasha Stephens and set it and forget it by Daniel erichsen. Your sleep anxiety will decrease and you'll start sleeping again. I was recovering but I started taking meds which ruined it because I lost my confidence in sleeping on my own again. But these two books explain sleep and treatment very efficiently, I believe that only this will work and nothing else would work.

@@khushali202 Read effortless sleeping methods by Sasha Stephens and set it and forget it by Daniel Erichsen. This will help you to overcome sleep anxiety and the fear of Insomnia and then you'll sleep. I was recovering but I made a mistake by taking meds and I lost my sleep confidence again. But I believe only those two books can treat Insomnia and nothing else, so do read it. (I prefer reading books written by Daniel than watching videos)

Hi Daniel, I read your book set it and forget it, it gave me a different perspective on my perception of sleep. But I still have anxiety about sleep, I work in a respectable job that requires the ability to concentrate and think, on the nights I sleep 5 hours I can function quite well, but on the nights I sleep 2-3 hours I find myself like a zombie, my brain knows this and I'm afraid not to sleep Because of this. How can I overcome this feeling of justified ineffectiveness without sleep?

I have practised patience and okayness and managed my fear in the first months by watching the news and listening to the radio, after a while I just enjoyed resting in bed without engaging with them. My fear fades away gradually and I sleep more and more now. I went through many speed bumps but I didn't react to them and kept the hope of better days coming.
