Im trying to quit now, very difficult. Used to smoke for 7 years and vaping last 4 years. I found vaping more difficult to quit honestly. Did you have brain fogs? Did they go away? Can you concentrate now as you did while vaping? I feel very dumb right not and cannot concentrate. Honestly scared if in real I was dumb and nicotine kept me going lol 😂

I’m a mom of two and vape disposables since high school… vaping withdrawal (I guess) pushed me to rob a corner store when I was like 15 crazy😅 but no more… I never thought it’d get to this point like a relationship… toxic toxic relationship 🥲 now I’m 22 and through! Fed up with the manipulation and gas lighting 😮💨 I don’t need it I’m stomping my vapes out tonight… with heels… we’re done

I know people who quit smoking after 10 years cold turkey. This is still a valid way to quit and it may encourage/show people that it’s easier than it looks. Quitting does not have to be hard

2 years is plenty of time to get hooked hard on nicotine...I've vaped on and off since vaping was made commercially available. But for the past 2 years I've been vaping daily...all day non stop on weekends... It's now at the point where 2 hours after I wake up... I'm craving it hard... I used to be able to go the full 10 hours of the work day without it... I'm dropping this shit hard ASAP... I don't mind vaping...I actually enjoy it... But if I can't drop it cold turkey for at least a year...then I know I'm hooked hard...

I vaped for two years..anywhere I went I had my vape I wanted to quit one day and I haven’t vaped since , it’s not that hard Quitting heroin would be hard , but not vaping lol
