@@blankclz7176 Night vision, Idc about. the stamina, I could live with. but the rate at which your food and nutrition goes down, coupled with the stamina changes, make the game so much less fun to play than before. they have to fix either the stamina, or the food reduction rate, or else they will hemorrhage players nonstop

Think if I ever play this game it'll definitely be as a croc or whatever they are in this game

@@blankclz7176 How was it before? I've only played with the current night vision and it's too strong. It highlights people and people just tend to run it all the time so camo is useless. Paired with graphics settings that make nights almost like daytime.

omg I agree so much on the ‘triggers your primitive instincts’ thing. The absolute sheer terror I feel when I’m being chased by a predator is actually embarrassing how real it feels.

Have not played in a while, but oh boy the mix of emotions you can get out of this game in one sitting is astonishing.

yeah i feel like the game would be much more fun to play if you didnt have to worry about starving or dehydrating if you stop searching for food/water for even a minute

Since the game doesn't have any actually quest system or like just anything to actually do in the game they instead force you to run around and constantly top up your food and water which feel like buckets with holes in it, just cause they realise there truely isn't anything else to do. If they balanced the food and water meter the lack of content would be even more prevelent.

Night time is long enough. I'm okay with that timescale

now it can be annoying but realistically speaking just how big herbivores today are irritable and aggressive, herbivore dinosaurs back then had it even harder so they must have been very unpredictable. (ofc this doesnt apply to the game but i just wanted to nerd a bit.)

to be fair it can be for their own safety, take out the danger while its weak. Although for smaller dinos its just annoying and unnecessary

Nah. Herbivores don't have to be pacifists, especially stegos and pachys since they're pretty much built for combat. If you're a carnivore, you're an active threat to them and their juveniles so it makes sense for them to take you out or drive you away. I think it's a little less understandable for them to attack fellow herbivores but even then, you might want the same food as they do so you're competition. This is pretty true to real life too. Many herbivores are extremely territorial and likely to attack if you encroach on their space. Hippos, elephants, rhinos, and moose, some of the deadliest animals on the planet to humans, are herbivores. Most large herbivores in real life won't just chill if you get in their space, especially if you're a known predator or if they have offspring. Many large herbivores are even more aggressive than carnivores and will chase you down.

Whenever I play stegos and pachys no other pachy or stego gets past me, an eye for an eye if you’re gonna be rude for no reason (I always make sure it’s the same pachy or stego that’s attacked me for no reason in the past, I remember their colors)

Carnis mixpacking with herbivores mixpackers are cowardly noobs who like to ruin everyone's day. But herbivores mixpacking with herbivores is ok

I’ve been killed so many times by mixpackers that me and my friends have agreed that when we mixpack, we’re ONLY going to kill other mixpackers, and if anyone that isn’t mixpacking attacks us, whoever has the least growth time will let themself die and we move on so we’re not blocking the body 😅
