practise meditation and mindfullness. and remind yourself everytime you get angry you are using your "monkey/reptile" brain which is the emotional part of the brain, and not the logical. learn from mistake move on being angry gets you no where and makes you make bad decisions.

Although sac is correct, another way I found to work is to physically move away from the computer for 1-2mins, look somewhere else other than computer screen, and drink water or get a snack. The whole point being getting your mind off of rust for a couple mins, and doing a task like get water and/or look out a window.

@@MrKman172 just because youtube resolution says 4k doesnt mean the game resolution is 4k. Additionally one could just rerender 1080p as 4k without increasing the quality and youtube will say its 4k, so the video doesnt have to be real 4k either
