The Isle is intended to be a gritty, open-world survival horror game. Explore vast landscapes of dense forest and open plains, traverse treacherous mountains and wade through dark swamps where horrors lurk. Hidden within are ruins that hold insight as to what came before. Through it all, keep in mind there is only one goal: survive.

If no-one's commented on it yet, you got that cerato to purple because, at night, your venom is more potent, so it takes fewer applications to cause hallucinations.

My original comment had many linguistical breaks in the structure of the sentence, and so, the commas are actually placed meaningfully, so that the sentence can be read clearly and concisely, leaving little-to-no chance for the reader to mis-interpret the information the message is trying to convey. Ironically, it seems you have used many of the commas in your own comment incorrectly, whilst shallowly trying to educate me on how to use mine. This may have been done purposefully and in jest, and if that is the case, your remarkable wit has been noted. I don't know why you felt the need to senselessly involve yourself where you're not wanted or needed, but I wish you all the best in the future; that you may find actual purpose and be able to persevere through whatever it is you might be going through, and come out of it a better person. Take care, Christopher, and be well.

@@StoicForce I am assuming that English is not your first language due to your over use of commas. The comment ideally would have looked like this: "If no-one's commented on it yet, you got that cerato to purple because at night your venom is more potent so it takes fewer applications to cause hallucinations." The comment looks far less clunky and is easier to read like this. This is not meant in any offensive manner and is only to inform. PS - Christopher's over use of commas is in jest.

@@GrandGourd His grammar isn't poor due to comma over-usage, he was grammatically adding in pauses in his text, meaning when you emphasize a pause, through text, you can use comma's like this to indicate a pause, through parenthetical expressions.

re: the venom in the cerato fight, iirc there's no set amount of bites requires for dilo's envenomation. you don't deal any venom on tail bites, you deal moderate venom on body, and the most venom on headshots. I'm not entirely sure of the math, but with the amount of hitbox nonsense you probably ended up hitting that guy's head and jumping to last stage venom that way

It only took 2 body bites cause you had the night buff ^^ The night buff starts at 7pm, and ends at 7am for dilo, and it makes teno/carno/cera get envenomated from 1 head bite, or 2-3 body bites, for cera, seemingly 2. Even stego 4-5 head bites, which is very little compared to the 14-16 during day.

I've learned from personal experience that carnos on official servers are scary good at tracking. I fought a juvenile off as an adult dryo, trying to protect my family. I managed to hide but it tracked my blood trail very well and almost killed me.

This footage makes me want to see how an allosaurus (in Legacy 90% of the time I was an allo) would do in a set of situations similar to this! I just hope to christ I dont have to wait too long for the devs to release allo... (maybe in 2 years) (They seem to update a smidge faster these days)
