His last pass as a Packer was an interception in a game he lost against my Lions where said Lions found out shortly before the game that they no longer had a shot at the playoffs. The fudge Packers, however, still had a chance to make the playoffs by beating a relatively demoralized Lions team at Lambeau. Rodgers lost the game though because he's an absolute disgrace.

The Seahawks game was a loss because of a bs call. They admitted it was the wrong call.

That's really difficult to say. Aaron Rodgers has said those three years sitting behind Favre helped him develop as a QB and that after the first year, they did develop a friendship so he believes it to be an important component to his overall success.

As a Packers fan I dont really agree. Love would have been better than Rodgers last year after he hurt his thumb. I think if Love can just be average they will be alright people forget there is a LOT of tallent on the roster. That being said I think year one they will end with 6 wins but year 2 could be double digits wins IMO

Either Love shows that he has something this season, or they do bad enough that they can get the draft capital to draft a really good QB early in the first round. I'm just excited to see how the team functions this season. May be the first year we can see what the LaFleur Offense really looks like.

I think that Green Bay is going to have a rough 5-7 seasons because Love is not the answer. It will take them 5-7 years to realize he isn't the one and then groom a new quarterback. Many in the organization quietly think that he will be a bust, and that is why they drafted Sean Clifford from Penn State. Some experts even think that Clifford has a better chance at a solid NFL career compared to Love.

Yeah, and First Round QB contracts were different back then, and there were so many teams drafting high that didn't need a QB. Mike Mayock really nailed it in pre draft coverage.

He is a fantastic talent who does things not other QB has with his movement and arm talent. A legend for sure--first ballot HoF, and for example better than Brady for sure since he can beat you without being protected, can pass long and accurately on the run with the flick of his arm (no, I am not a Packers fan but a Steelers fan). Brady is a great QB and the biggest winner ever, but he is not the talent that Rodgers is---Patriots would have won just as many SB with Rodgers, probably more. Brady is a pocket passer, a statue who needs max protection to be fully effective (unlike Rodgers, Montana, Elway, Rothlisberger, Brees, etc.) I have seen QBs back to the 70s and only Bradshaw, Namath, Elway and Marino have arms like Rodgers (might throw in Mahomes if he continues what he is doing).
