There are good restaurants around Capitole. I don’t remember the exact name but you can try out. Try Fork app for discount

Hi Rohit, How safe toulouse is .. i am planning solo trip , as a Indian i can easily address as tourist so how should i protect myself from thief. Second thing what will be the minimum cost for one day stay at hotel + food?

Hi I would say Toulouse is safe in general, still anything can happen anywhere. Just be little careful as everywhere. But my experience was very smooth for the few months that I spent there. A budget hotel can cost you around 30-40€. And for food it depends where are you eating. Grocery shopping is always cheaper option if you can cook or survive on cheese + baguettes + fruit juice etc.
