And your reasoning why this is only supposed to work in higher ELO is that players are better at clearing the jungle and pushing waves (the chores)? So if you played Leona for example, would you be the one doing these activities? I hope not. But this again is not even remotely close to be a problem that only Warwick support faces. Aside from your second paragraph, you are literally describing every roaming support in the game. If you would ask a smurf how they would climb out of low ELO, I guarantee you that they would recommend playing one of these roaming supports, which according to you struggle in low ELO. Why? Because the ability of being in important fights in time holds a lot of value, since League is all about doing things fast.

As with any build - it can be adapted to fit any elo. For example tankier ww with flash exhaust for low elo would be excellent. Do not let the fact that he hit platinum affect the proof that this is a playable pick, it is motivational rather than 'only good in x elo'. That's just like people saying 'only X meta champions can be played', which we disprove every week!

Yeah, i have to fear getting reported from lobbies and then people dodging just for picking off-meta things on support. Reporting on lobby is the worst shiet that has happened to LOL since it rarely works when people occasionally do you dirty and there is not a report for banning people's champions on purpose, so it's kind of useless but when people constantly report you for picking off-meta in champ select for (verbal abuse or whatever, you end up getting banned) Then for whatever reason if the game goes bad, it's of course your fault that you've picked off-meta even though you have the most vision score, the least deaths, a lot of assists and you've roamed but ohh, you have no heals, shields or buffs. Zyra and brand don't have those but they don't get flamed for picking those champs since they are not considered off-meta but if you pick anivia support or annie, you get flamed to the bone. My name is literally Sylas support but they've removed the option to check names in champion select, so I get reported before I can even show that it's not a troll pick or even explain it. Riot has also made a lot of my off-meta favourites - meta, then eventually nerf it, so I lose the thrill of it. Used to love playing kai'sa ap, now it's meta and nerfed. Used to love playing twitch ap, ziggs with grasp and iceborn gauntlet + rod of ages, skarner CDR on top and a bunch more champions that have been ruined because of removed items

Finding your own way to play the game is the only way to have fun anymore. When you are working on your own champ, build, and mechanics and constantly improving it makes getting a bad game a lot more tolerable. If you play meta and try-hard every game you will only end up frustrated when someone on your team starts inting and spamming FF. This game has become so toxic and riot doesn't care so every game is a babysitting simulator. You might as well just try to take it easy and enjoy what you can. It's a shame though that riot doesn't like off-meta and tries to delete every build that becomes popular because it doesn't fit into their idea of how the game should work. IMO their champion design and trying to curate the meta instead of letting players figure things out on their own is what has made league less fun in recent years. Channels like HappyChimeNoises are a beacon that are keeping the spirit of old league alive in the modern day.
