Interesting that they use precast walls. We live an hour South of TV and they construct the walls with block one at a time.

They were doing that on all the houses up until about a year ago or so. The precast walls don't take as much manpower, are faster to put up, and they make them all in the industrial park.

It occurred to me while watching this that I've never seen a video showing the exterior of a new home being painted. I'm guessing they would spray, as that would be the quickest method.

Can you find out more as to how they are attaching those walls to the foundations. Thats actually very interesting, also worth noting is the fact that the interior walls are not concrete but rather of wood construction. Thanks

Do stucco homes generally mean concrete Vice versa do vinyl siding homes mean not concrete?
