Two questions: You mentioned 10 to 15 minutes, do you break that up in sessions like 5 minutes and repeat 3 times or just one time ? Any chance you can make video on how to connect the pump to the hand pump , mine keeps disconnecting lol

Good questions, yes I'd start with 3 sessions of 5 minutes each and then gradually build up from there.

@@DrEricLeckiei mean the „Head“ i don‘t know the medizine name… i will say the head of the rocket… Part 1 Ball‘s… 2 Shank…. 3 😝… ah soft… not hard enough in my opinion… the main part shaft, shank is hard…. 🤷🏻‍♂️
