The guy complains about not getting enough sleep, the doctor tells him to stay up later. Great logic. He never even told the doc what time he wakes up at.

This explains so much! I discovered I am a bear. No wonder I struggle to wake up at 4:30 AM for work so much! I’d do much better with a more normal 9 to 5 schedule than shift work.
