I've worked quite a few retail jobs, but that's the most impressive inventory software I've ever seen.

I’ve ordered so much from y’all and I’ve never had a single issue with any of my purchases. Jetpens is seriously one of my favorite shops. Plus it’s so easy to tell my students where I get all my cool pens and notebooks

My favorite part of this video was seeing how bright and clean things the warehouse is. Especially the packing station, good lord all those windows and natural light, beautiful. I work in a factory that makes big farming machinery like tractors and combines. I work as a parts section (basically to compare to guys, I unbox the new supplies that come in and put it on the right place in our “grid”). Y’all make it look so simple and nice but it know it’s a lot of hard work and manual labor. Keep on trucking jetpens!

I loved this. As the person in charge of ordering office supplies for an entire building in our university system, I had the most fun stocking the shelves with new inventory and then making sure our inventory didn’t run out. Im retired now and it is fun to see how your ordering system works!

Somehow I can feel the care Jet Pens has for their mission as a business & their employees when I shop on their website & engaging with their social media. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years. There’s something very genuine & humanistic about everything they do - this video is more evidence of that! love, LOVE, this! I used to sell office supplies (back in the 80's) and did everything from order, unload trucks, receive, stock shelves, and sell to customers. Guess that's why I love pens and paper. The main warehouse was not as bright and organized as yours. No wonder every order I have received is so well packed! I wonder if Stephanie did mine? I have worked with enough awful inventory software and in awful warehouses, (including the CRM and ticket system at my present job). Do not underestimate selling versions of your sales/inventory software: a good system is hard to find, and this looks transparent and efficient. The user interface on our end is clean and clear, and the restock alert emails are timely. Hey, and the products are really good! I am a super happy customer, also named Stephanie!

Wow, this vid truly inspires confidence. As others have said, my orders come quickly with everything in them I ordered and nothing damaged. I live on the East Coast of the US; I never upgrade shipping, always getting the cheapest possible. And stuff still seems to come quickly. Congratulations on your excellent business.

I just received my shipment notification and clicked on this video. I’ve been a customer for over a decade and was GIDDY to see this video on how orders are picked, packed, and shipped. I can’t remember if you note who prepared the order, but I’m looking forward to seeing in a couple of days. I swoon on the website when I order- I might hyperventilate in joy if I was to see the warehouse. Stationery supplies and bookshops are my happy place.

I once was given a project I had to complete over the weekend on super short notice, so I rushed to put my JetPens order in on a Thursday afternoon; I knew it wouldn’t realistically arrive till Monday or Tuesday since I chose free shipping, so I was kind of resigned to the fact that I’d probably have to drop by Staples or an Office Depot over the weekend to get what I needed for the project. Then Saturday around noon when I stepped out to get something to eat, a compact, tidy package from JetPens was sitting on my doorstep, and I live on the other side of the country! Now I know how y’all pulled off that miracle

The Jet Pen warehouse is, quite simply, my idea of heaven. Jet Pens should have a contest in which the winner is left alone in the warehouse, and can keep all the items he or she can collect in 60 seconds.

Ah, I remember when I first began ordering from Jetpens. I believe everyone was in college or recently having completed schooling. The best pen I ever ordered was the smallest tip in the world, the 0.18 tip. I did amaze my friends by writing on a grain of rice. Sadly this pen was discontinued. I am sure your company is showcasing it. I do indeed love me some JETPENS.😊

I love that the system is set up to be effecient and to accomadate against natural human fatigue, which inevitably causes errors. Using technology to assist pickers instead of punishing them seems to be a no-brainer that many companies don't want to follow.
