Super good video Tim : ) I feel this is a really good one to deliver these positive habits/practices into your audience. You have established (fast growing to say the least!) an awesome personal brand (KZfaq, Instagram etc) that must require a high level of discipline and continuous effort, the way you make it is obviously attractive to many people 😄 Again, I feel pretty thankful to see you are delivering great content that would help people to grow a better-self.

I believe that social media have inserted what its called subliminal messaging. Subliminal messages are illegal in Europe but still some vloggers use it for getting attention.
