Honestly the most impressive thing about climbing to Master with Ivern Mid is the lack of flame he seemed to get. I get flamed and sometimes even reported literally every... single... ranked game i play Ivern Mid

I think strongest point of Ivern mid is that enemies dont know how to play against it. There are really alot of great mechanical mid players who reach Master+ by outplaying oponents. But when you face passive Ivern mid there is no use from being good at fast clicking on buttons because there is no opportunity to do so. My advice to beat this Ivern would be to: 1. Place a ward in spot where he usually spawns bush before he does it. This will force him to get red trinket and therefore making him vulnerable for ganks. 2. Don't trade at all. Since alot of mid laners like to skirmish this might be tought, but I think that you can beat it by clearing wave and then invade enemy jungle or roam to side lanes. Ivern as presented at clip doesn't have enought wave clear power to follow you without losing gold and exp. Also it seems that trading him will place you in worse spot as he has powerful shield to mitigate damage.

I love the fact that you actually point out the fact that actual champions (ad carries) are straight up weaker than daisy. who can only auto attack and knock up every few autos. I hate the fact that its not a joke. the only joke is ADC

As an avid Ivern player and lover myself, I'm glad someone climbed this high while not only playing and thinking of him as a supportive champion. I've been playing the Lethal Tempo + Nashor's Tooth combo on Ivern since he came out and I always had a blast. It's just such a fun way to play him. Never figured out about the midlane synergy and advantages though, Tim had a really smart intuition there!

I've taken a really big appeal into this laning jungler pick but i've decided to take him top lane, although you are missing out on a synergy you can have a lot of benefits after practice with this champ solo laning against someone and if your laner leaves nashers with bush passive turns you into a super strong tank shredder. Bring teleport in order to help teams anywhere on the map because playing with your team although strong alone allows you to just scale even faster.

honestly i played ivern for a while in the past but ultimately decided to drop it for two reasons: 1) if the opponent isn't aggressive or ur jungler just doesn't gank ur not gonna have much impact early where it rly matters 2) no matter what, even if u do well in early game and deal more dmg than your bot lane duo combined ur team will blame u if u lose. You are the ultimate scapegoat cause they think you did nothing. Even after saving them from countless positioning mistakes and racking up assists from landing q's they will still blame u if your team loses. Solution: probably just getting my hardstuck butt outta bronze lmao... and maybe getting a duo partner who plays jg. Also I was playing too generous: taking some defensive items for team. From now on I'm gonna just go full ap like u said boss.

I've played some games of Ivern support and is kinda similar to mid , I mean his q helps with ganks his R makes a 2v2---> 3v2 and his E has a small enough cd ! But most people don't know how to play with an Ivern support :/

I only played ARAM and every time I got Ivern we decimated the other team because it was basically 6v5 and I would go full AP. I hated when people flamed me for not going support items in the beginning cause they don't understand the power of AP Ivern, but they did when the match was over. I quit league but it's hilarious to me that they buffed him and I always thought he was already one of the most secretly OP champs that no one knows how to use. But also what do I know, I played ARAM lol

Played with some chump in ranked named TRUMPPENCE2020 couple days ago with mid Ivern, figured he watched this considering his build he went. He said he was support when I pointed out I did the most damage on the team as support Maokai.
