Professor called in to my little Methodist church for my tiny youth group for a FaceTime call so I could let less than 10 kids have a conversation with a believer who was a leader in sports. They are all grown now out of college and still talk about him taking the time to call us. Super cool and will never forget his kindness and humility.

the story of the Professor is very inspiring: from being an unknowed wite kid in his town, to one of the most famous figure of the streetball culture (like he said: "the Eminem of Basketball), being broke up when he was at his peak, and then being able to find a way out of that situation that is even beter than what he has before ... His life could be a moovie script 😅 Beyond the fact that he is an incredible basketball player, he is also one very nice human being who's blessed by something that came from another space ... Thanks for sharing this story with us Bro 🙏

Cool to see you cut it up with my guy gray. God works on people in amazing ways. All the seeds planted like you said, being pulled out of Oregon and then a famous lifestyle. Through those ups and downs meeting people along the way who did their part through Christ allowed God to work on his heart and then took him to a bigger level than he had reached without God is textbook testimony. Amen.

Lecrae, I'd like you to ask more questions and create more space for your guests to speak. Your voice was more prominent than that of your guest, and at times you asked closed-ended questions. Almost every question was preceeded by you telling your story or giving a long narration. As a listener, I'm watching to hear your guests, and you best serve us as listeners when you create space for your guests to go crazy, spilling all the tea. These are my thoughts and it'd be great to see you grow in this podcast area of your career.

Man it makes me have a sad feeling that some of the guys beefing with fess. I mean during that 2003 season it was obvious that Headache hated on him, but it seemed like Shane, Sauce, AO, Main, Half and then genuinely grew to like him. I just don't know understand why they would hate on him. Main Event always struck me as a bully, but he was to EVERYONE. I bet whichever of those guys that beefing are think Fess owes them for putting him on back in 03.

Why does it seem like Lecrae at the end is trying to slow the Professor down in terms of his desire to make an impact for Christ? Sure inspire people in the general sense, provide entertainment, but at the end of the day, the King is coming. Believers should desire that others come to Christ and make Him Lord of their life. Also we all need to love God more. Excel still more. That is not unique to just Lecrae or the Professor. May God be glorified.

The proffesor should explain why he stole so many people's money when he decided to end his dribbling program with no refund or warning. He should also explain going on Adam22 podcast and not talking to him about God. He honestly shouldn't have been on that podcast unless he was going to talk about the gospel. My heart breaks for both of these men. I truly believe they are lost and love the world. Christianity is more of a cultural thing for them at this point.

Why are you judging? We all are trying to figure out and do not do it perfectly. I can point to Plenty of men in the Bible who messed up big time, yet they were men after Gods heart.
@tkstone8387

They literally brought up Christians like you in the video. Sometimes direct approach is not the most efficient way to bring someone to Christ. I have brought people to Christ by simply going to church or just bearing fruit, it doesn’t have to always be smacking the Bible in front of someones face and telling them your going to hell right when you meet them. You have to meet people where they are at and develop a relationship with them instead of just straight up telling them about God. Just my opinion and experience though.
