Andy Reid decided when Mahomes was drafted that Mahomes would sit. Nothing could have changed that. And Mahomes is greater than Michael Jordan. His attitude, composure, humility, immediate impact on the team, maturity, all surpass Jordan. The Bulls had 3 consecutive losing seasons after drafting Jordan. Chiefs have won at least 12 games every Mahomes starting season so far.

I'm a huge kc fan but Michael dragged a crappy team to the playoffs for many years and didn't have Phil til later. Mahomes has been with Reid since day one and a playoff caliber team. I will say that mahomes is a better leader and teammate than Michael by far. The comparison for him and Jordan is the flash and the unstoppable trait. I've always compared the Jordan rules which forced Jordan to get good at his fade away to the two high safety look Mahomes overcame to become better.

Jordan never lost in the Finals. Jordan never lost a series in which his team had the home court advantage. Jordan won six titles in eight years, including three in a row twice. Once Jordan had a team good enough to win he never got beaten at home by the Joe Burrow of his time. So no, he’s not greater than Jordan yet. Sorry. Win a few more titles and then try again.

In your graphic of double MVP's there is a larger gap, in years between Mahomes and the previous double MVP than the gaps between the previous doubles. This says something about parity in the NFL. It's become harder to accomplish the double. It will be harder for Mahomes to get to 7 than it was for Brady. The AFC west is tougher to win than the AFC east that Brady played in.

Nothing against the players but the coaching was stellar in the second half for the Chiefs. It was experience vs first timers (maybe) in the second half. I wish the Taiders would have hire Eric Bieniemy last year. The Andy Reid coaching tree is the vest in today’s football while Belichick’s is the worst. Mark Davis made a poor hire with Joan McNuggets. He’ll be gone once Davis tired of the losing. Raiders will be irrelevant for at least a decade. Sorry to say it Nation but Davis is the sole problem for the Raiders

Not for too long. With the amount of money in bonuses that players and coaches receive. Plus the $ players can get from endorsements when they have "super bowl champion" in their resume. And then there are all the players, picked up on one year contracts, to fill in holes who now have a ring to flash when they're negotiating. There's just too much money involved for anyone to manipulate the game to their advantage.

Yeah It makes you think there is a conspiracy if you have the brain the size of a pie. It was announced May 23rd 2018 the Super Bowl would be played in Arizona. That’s 5 years ago (not sure if you knew how to do math given your pathetic take). So let me guess: When Mahomes signed the contract with State Farm, Roger Goddell and the rest of the league owners decided right then and there to have Mahomes win the Super Bowl. Because all fans are butt hurt about the lack of parody in the NFL (implied by all the crybaby fans when there team doesn’t win), it would make perfect sense to rig the NFL in the opposite direction of what the average fan wants. Hahahahahah what a brilliant business move. (I’m being sarcastic obviously, just wanted to make sure you understood since you r about as bright as a burnt out light)

@gkearney6411
@gkearney6411 Жыл бұрын
@@18cmoe 90% is a major stretch. Sure Brady cannot run or do the side arm throws, but he can make everything else. Also Brady can read defenses and change offensive line protection at the line of scrimmage which Mahomes is not good at (and he himself has admitted to that). Additionally, you are correct Brady wasn't considered the best his first 5 seasons, but he went to 3 pro-bowls, lead the lead in TDs and Passing yards 1x each, was AP2, and voted 3rd in MVP 2x. Also, his weapons were much worse than what Mahomes had. Yes he benefitted from better talent on defense, but Brady didn't have anyone close to Kelce or Hill.
