I love how everyone was equally terrible at this game when they first played

the fact that people are still here warms my heart. edit: it’s 2022 and people are still here you guys are awesome! we’ve been revived from the dlc and the cuphead show

These are the types of games we get when the devs take their time on and not being rushed. Absolute masterpiece.

It's SHOCKING how this game was considered a "Rage Game" all those years ago. Back when any game that was deemed difficult had the label slapped onto it before anyone thought to ask... like why? Game hard? Yes. Game unfair? No. Game inconsistent? No. Game buggy? No. Game look bad? Absolutely not. Rage game? No. I'm glad that title for this game has since faded away, because it was honestly super unfair to what this game actually was, which was a fantastic and challenging run-n-gunner.

I think my favorite moments of gameplay are when Mark is simply reduced to weird shrieks and paniced noises instead of actual commentary on anything. Like, the times when actual speech leaves him is the absolute best. I wouldn't last five minutes in this game btw, so I respect Mark a lot for getting anything done while being reduced to that level.

I just love how he manually changed the Dash button and then in his first Run 'n' Gun he forgot COMPLETELY the existance of ghe Dash button--

Mark: "why can't we get along?" Man, you're literally collecting their souls and giving them to The Devil, what kind of response do you expect.

Mark: "I'm so good at games" *proceeds to actually plow through the level, kill the MINIBOSS with 1 hp left, and then leaps off a cliff because he forgot the Dash exists* Mark: *"I'm about to do what's called a pro-gamer move."*

Just wanted to say that, I have watched this series probably 15 or so times all the way through, watching it every 4 months or so for 5 years. It's just my absolute favorite series. I had a really difficult day today and an intense medical procedure, and I get home to see this in my recommendations. Thank you Mark, for the best goddamn pick-me-up ever. Time to re-binge this whole series!

I love how mark voiced King dice and the devil cause the way he does it makes them sound exactly like in the show

I just love how many times Mark dies at the last phase and is already screaming his lungs out. Then while screaming he notices that he was just next to finish flag and grows 2 extra lungs so he can add even more volume to his screaming of frustration xDDD I love this game. Can't wait the DLC 8)

I love how every time that I can’t find something interesting to watch on KZfaq, I always come back to either Mark’s or Jack’s cuphead or any older series

I love how the colors of their shoes and gloves change constantly as to resemble how old timey cartoons were very inconsistent as to how they colored their characters in different promo or animations

it's been 5 years since this game came out, and I've literally just figured out that you can parry those butterflies in this run&gun.
