Based on the fact that Gojo laughed while saying this, it can be assumed that this was intended as a joke more than anything else, so no - Gojo is not really afraid of women and behaves normally around them.” So, people took the line way out of context and ran with it. It’s not even a good joke saying he’s scared of women. 🙄 People are weird.
