Basically, when u stand on a plate, she hates u. She'll teleport to u and try to get u off the plate. BUT if u have constant dmg b4 she teleports, and then u keep that constant damage when she finally teleports, she won't move. Allowing to spam tf outa ur whatever u want. Sunbracers mixed with touch of flame just give so many burns and ignitions that she falls over so easily. Transcendent blessings help a ton, with 5 giving a 25% increase to ALL outgoing damage (stacks with anything and everything imagineable/thinkable/whatever). Hopefully this answers it :) if not im sure sum1 else can better explain, I tried making it as easy as it is, explanation wise. Yall can def get this, it just takes a lil practice and getting the rhythm down

It's not that they "stack damage" but more of there's so many that it makes the boss ignite like crazy and keeps scorch stacks high meaning more burning meaning more death death and death

Whoard way b4 her shield goes down can find some inconsistencies depending when u threw it. Also, with the nades on her thing. Since I'm throwing the nades on her, I'd expect others to do the same. If they decide to throw it at her feet, then by all means, let them. The guide is for those to follow along and basically to exactly as I do. All I can rlly do and *technically* say is just...🤷‍♂️...if they decide to throw the nades elsewhere. I haven't come across many who do it at her feet or anywhere other than on her, so I'd like to assume the majority puts it on her. Idk, jus me tho lol

What I was trying to say was, I was unsure of how to start the DoT to keep her in place and was sharing my experiences. Using your method, the best I could do was get her to almost 10% health left so it absolutely works! It's just like you said though: just need to get the rhythm right and then it'll be a cake walk 👍What I'm saying about the nades though is I, myself, didn't know you had to throw them on her. Normally when I see videos that use nade spam, it's the AoE that's the focus and not the direct contact of the nade so I thought it would be the same here... because I'm a dumbass haha I am trying to follow your procedure and I am making huge progress! First time I did it, got her to 75%. After a few more tries, got her to below 50%. And then my final attempt was almost 10% left!

I panicked my first few times too. So don't let urself down cuz of that too much. Anywayssss tho, blessings do make a difference. I personally think the difference between 1 and none is kinda significant, actually. As I've told others, my first 0 mods took 4h of attempts. The more blessings u have, the less mistakes u can make, and vice versa. Also, not having the catalyst only makes it so u have to reload more. It shouldn't affect (effect? 😭) u too much

I hate to say it, but it's just getting the rhythm down. I have a video somewhere on my channel showing how to do it without any blessings whatsoever, so that vid might be more helpful. Other than that, best I can say is do ur best to have the debuff applied. Having higher discipline also helps as well since sunb is actually linked to discipline. Higher disc = more nades. Trust me, u got this. My no blessings took me around 4h of jus wipes alone 😭 but with mods it just gets easier n easier

My first 0 blessings took abt 4h of attempts only cuz I didn't have my rhythm down. The main part is the rhythm. Tractor, plate, snap, spam nades until u can't anymore, repeat. I recommend attempting this. It's honestly my 2nd fave encounter (solo wise) and it isn't too hard at all. Just a learnint curve w ur rhythm. After u nail ur rhythm (tractor, plate, snap, spam nades till u can't anymore, repeat) it becomes so easy. Sooooo easyyyy. I also recommend having at least 1 blessing. Basically, the more blessings u have, the more room u have to make mistakes, and vice versa

I've tried at her feet, the wall next to her, and above her. Making the nades her "new dress" are simply just the best places to stick the nades

Riven has a lot more hitboxes those lava blobs can land on, with Kalli ideally you’d just stack them all as close to her as possible. You’re going to waste a lot of “blobs” spreading them out too much as kalli is just a tiny techeun witch while riven is a huge, but stationary ahamkara dragon, meaning you can already start stacking solar grenades right above where she will appear ahead of time for optimal damage.

no, the thing keeping her from teleporting is tick damage (first witherhoard, then scorch from the grenades)

There's a 1.5 second window where if ur doing no dmg to her she still won't tp, but once u hit that 1.6 she'll tp. So it's safer to assume just 1 second of no dmg is fine. As long as u keep constant dmg tho she won't tp and you'll be fine

Wherever there's balls floating on the plate, if ur in their vicinity and they blink 3 times, u have 1 second b4 u die from them. So jus be sure not to stand where u see balls basically

Not being in the air enough for heat rises to give back melee energy on nade kills. Sometimes ur melee jus comes back slowly even when u kill all 4 thrall in the air, it's kinda rng unfortunately

You could, but the damage would be way tighter, even with 5 mods. I've tried osteo only b4, like my whoard vid, and my pb was like 5 slugs left of dmg. If ur gonna do osteo n necrotic, ur gonna want cataclysmic with a slug or a primary since ur main dmg is gonna come from weapons instead + she takes extra crit dmg, so crit based wep + crits = death

My first kalli (which was 0 blessings) took 4h worth of attempts. Don't give up, trust me. If u need to get a blessing..or2...or3....fuck it, get 5 don't matter. You can clear with any amt of blessings, 0-5. Trust me :)

It's either ur rhythm u don't have down or ur throwing the nades incorrectly. Always make sure to have tractor applied and make the nades her new "dress" aka throw them directly at her. Other than that, keep trying. You'll eventually get it, trust me :)

Above ur super bar you'll see when she's preparing to go mid. "Kalli blah blah ontological weapon" is the text. About 5 sec after this text appears she goes to mid

Unfortunately yas doesn't give as much damage as sunbracers. With 5 blessings my pb was 2.8

It truly is just ur rhythm. As long as u keep tractor applied, are putting the nades on her and not below her, and are keeping constant dmg, you'll be fine. It took me around 4h my first time solo-ing kalli w/o any mods. So don't beat urself up. Just freshen up whatever isn't so fresh and you'll get it, I promise. Don't give up.

That's how she is. She has long range and close range attacks. Best I can say is find the sweet spot to the point where ur close enough to not miss nades but not too far away to the point where u miss em. Her close range attacks are worse than her long range ones

My first ever solo kalli took me around 4h. I didn't have any mods at all. I'm so glad ur thinking abt trying again later. Please don't give up. Everyone can do this, I promise. Tractor, plate, snap, nade spam, repeat. Its all abt the rhythm. Mods help ofc, even having 1 blessing is a noticeable difference from 0. I recommend getting blessings if ur having that much trouble. If ur lonely or are just a solo player, u can solo farm kalli when wish is the weekly raid. Or, if u have at the very least 1 buddy/lfg, u can ensure ur doing massive amts of dmg, jus as long as whoever is w u doesn't kill ur thrall

When she tps to the plate, u have around 2 seconds to keep applying constant dmg on her. When she's "trapped" aka she doesn't tp, u have to keep constant dmg on her for her to stay. I hate to say this, but like of an electric fence. Her trying to tp (the dog tryna go out of the fence) and ur solar nades (the collar) stops her from tp-ing (stops the dog in its tracks). As long as u keep reapplying any type of dmg, you'll be fine

U can trap her by any means of DoT. Whoard, anarchy, etc. Some are tighter than others, such as scorch. Scorch is so unbelievablely tight. One could argue its impossible to trap her via scorch cuz of how tight it is. I can't think of anything off the dome, buh as long as it's DoT, she'll stay

It's ur rotation. Tractor, step on plate for thrall, snap, nades, repeat. As I said, blessings help. It's totally possible w/o blessings but it makes it harder. It's all abt the rotation

what confuses me is that to reach 2.5m dmg means the rotation is good, it's half her hp almost. so why even when she is debuffed and has nades on her she tp away@@Leonidas0753

When she teleports, look where u usually see text like emoting and such, yk like where u see orbs spawn, above ur super. If there's text abt any weapon, like "kalli blah blah ontological weapon" that means ur not doing enough dmg b4 she activates her wipe mechanic. Jus get the rhythm down and you'll be fine

That's her wipe mechanic. It's gonna happen abt 2 minutes in to starting the enc (I haven't timed it but it's approx 2m). Best I can say is get the rhythm down so she's weak enough, that way u can kill her when she tps to the middle. It's truly the rhythm that's the most u gotta "perfect". Good luck man! Yea. The thrall can spawn a bit later sometimes. My only medicine for that is going "along" the plate, like going to every single one of the 3 sections. Or u can stay on the 1 section until a thrall spawns. Either way, sounds like u killed! G fucking g!!!

If u have 4 and aren't clearing, it's either what u decide to do when she does her wipe mechanic AND/OR how many nades u actually get to stick to her. If ur following the guide to basically a T, ur only problem is gonna be the rhythm and the nades themselves. If u have the rhythm down, as u say, then it's the nades. Lol. They changed hitboxes on bosses so sunb interacts weirdly now w some bosses. Sunb is still good dmg buh not as good as b4, making solo kalli basically impossible now w sunb + tractor
