Leroy Sane didn’t play much for you because he is a ‘RM’ and you played with a ‘RW’ and sadly the AI isn’t smart enough to realise it’s the same thing. Had you converted him to ‘RW’ then he would have played loads! You only had Gakpo as a ‘RW’ hence he played loads! Class content mate
