Dear I bought an Espa pressure switch for my irrigation pump but i encountered a problem of pump continue running even when maximum required pressure is achieved. I tried the following after the pressure is the maximum: Close inlet Valve close outlet valve The pump stopped but i noticed that the pressure dropped dramatically and the pump start again and again. Any advise The Switch is brand new Thanks in advance

Thanks for comments ☺️☺️ This is usually use for fresh water system.if you using reserved tank or your water supply not enough pressure you can use water pump for make system more pressure. In that case you need to use pressure switch for control the water pump on and off depend on water pressure. Thanks

Hello, our water source here is coming from the municipality water system and it supplies water for 1 to 2 hrs each day, the pressure the municipality is very low, if i am going to use that pump pressure switch, does it help increase the pressure in my house?

Yes you can use this system but I think you should install the water reserve tank first ( I think you already have one) you can install the booster motor after the tank and make sure the plumbing system must be in good condition . If you need to know anything just let me know thank you sir

Mine is automatic but keeps on starting on n off there is very little water dripping n it switches on. Help me reduce pressure

If you need to reduce pressure you have to change less HP pump otherwise you have to use different pressure switch. This type pressure switch you can't adjust pressure. Pressure switch automatically adjust pressure it self. Also you have to stop leakage it will effect to switch and pump

Hi, Can some one help whether the Non Return value of pressure controller can be serviced/serviceable because i have a leak in inlet post pressure cut off water flows backwards via inlet which makes the pump cycle on and off continuously.

@@MrAsankarajitha The same exact one shown in video. But different brand (Besten Pump). Issue is water returns back via inlet when I close the inlet valve after pressure cycle the pressure is maintained. The movement I again open the inlet valve pressure drops. If you want any specific values let me know I can check on pump. Thanks

Where is your water tank located above the pump or from normal water supply?

@@MrAsankarajitha Tank located at one floor above. Have installed external NVR valve at inlet before a year which solved the issue temp. Now seems like External NVR value went faulty. So, checking on replacement of NVR value of Pressure control.

@@arulkumar.c4336 istall the non return valve between pump motor and pressure switch and make sure there’s no any water leaking after the pressure switch and close the valve after pressure switch check if the pressure switch holding a pressure

It’s depends on water temperature. If you need to use pressure switch for hot water system you have to install pressure switch before the water heater in water supply , that because most of pressure pump will work properly up to 50 degrees celsius only.

No as long as you have overhead tank you can get water by gravity pressure

@@MrAsankarajitha yes I have a gravity tank set up but will the water flow normally through the pump or do I have to run a by pass for gravity pressure? Also I'm thinking a bypass would help in the case of maintenance one could easily turn of the inlet and outlet valves for the pressure pump and still get water to flow through.
