Commenting for Algo and info. Cyclops is indeed easier to do than Troll. Just circle right and jump for all his attacks. You don't need to jump them all, I just find it easier than learning which attacks do require it. If he raises club and speaks, wait till he finishes speaking then its jump - jump - duck, rock fall phase is just jump to either side shortly after he slams, rocks will sometimes hit you directly anyways though, make sure to keep curses up for rock fall. For his beam, he does 1 halfway between each rockfall phase. First 1 will be after 3-4 hellfires depending on gear. If he does a normal attack after the 4th there'll be a slight pause after that attack and he'll beam, just get behind him and if he catches you with it then phantomize. If you want safety after phantoming the beam, slow the dps down abit after rockfall until its ready so you don't trigger another beam. Oh and if he goes for stomp then back up, provided your over 290 MS you can still dodge all his attacks while slowed just circling right as usual so don't panic if you get slowed. Once you're comfortable with the fight, its also great to leave him alive if someone tries to fight you in the room, its free healing and you can trigger a rock fall easily to assist with killing the other player, you can always phantom during the rockfall if you do get low. Hope this helps :D Edit: Also, never stand directly behind him, his club slam will have insane tracking if you are, died to that once and immediately learnt never go directly behind him in case he does that attack.

Cyclops has an easier attack pattern to avoid. Pretty much if you strafe right and cast the hole time that’s all there is to it. Apart from a slam he does, a triple attack, and rockfall(my least favorite) but overall pretty easy

I think cyclops it’s 20x easier, especially as warlock if you ever get low during rock fall you just get 2 dots up and phantomize. The rest is literally just hold right and hellfire lol super easy. Gl and good vid btw

Great video as usual, I still rock TM even after nerfs it seem fine to me. The only thing that don’t suit me in warlock is life drain, I’d rather go with classic CoP, sacrifice, hydras and bolt especially for PvP

Cave troll may be seen as harder because he has the potential to one shot you, whereas cyclops doesn't do as much burst damage/has only 1 insta kill move. My issue with cyclops is when hes smashing the ground making rocks fall, took a while to learn the timing on the jumps but once you get it down cyclops is easy.

regarding cyclops - i just recently (a few days ago) managed to learn how to do both bosses in GC (normal for now) as a warlock with hellfire. Cyclops is definitely easier except for one thing - the fucking rockfall phase. It still sometimes randomly kills me. But other than that, its much easier to not get hit on cyclops (especially sinse you don't need to go into melee), and even if you do you don't die and can heal up

hi Foxman!! is curse mastery better than Malice since i don't have enough knowledge to use hydra when i run my casting build....any thoughts? by the way will curse mastery reduce the damage and extend the duration time? or it's just more damage in total .

I’m somewhat newer but I try to run both bosses when I do the caves. Idk if it’s just me but cyclops is easier on warlock just because 95% of the time you’re going to take some damage on the rockfall phase and you don’t have to worry about losing DPS like other classes having to health pot and stuff so you can do it quicker and more efficiently. Also on HR you get a get out of jail free card with ur phantomize if you get eye-beamed. Cavetroll is def the way to go if you’re just doing one boss though because if pelt and stuff

The cyclops is easier as soon as you get the boulderfall jump timing down. Until then, it feels like you have to get through 2-3 unavoidable damage phases

The thing is you lose 24hp on a hydra and then add curses if you get hit by a longbow you can be at around 20-30 hp left. With this nerf the most important stat to focus on is HP.

cyclops is way easier than troll, its just the rock fall phases that are a bit finnicky also I think torture mastery is kinda still fine, it just forces you to either bring more magical healing, or run life drain or not run hydra. honestly think it was a good change, warlock needed nerfs, its my main class too

As someone who recently learned both bosses at the same time I find cyclops MUCH easier on warlock because it's especially good at the only hard part which is the rockfall. You can heal during that phase and it usually only takes about 2 hellfires to get out of it. Cave Troll for me was much harder to learn because the boss seemed much more finicky wrt positioning. One wrong move on cave troll can put you in a world of hurt. Cyclops' move set is much more forgiving and predictable

I absolutely hate rogues. With a passion. I wish ironmace would just remove the class because it honestly makes the game less fun. Who wants to spend 5 mins clearing witb hydra, to then die because they just happened to be hiding in an elevator you didn’t happen to check with your hydra. It’s not fun. Its not so bad. Just dont throw hydra spam. Still has one of the two best health recovery systems in the game.

Yeah Cyclops is way easier. Even if you don't know how to dodge Cyclops though you can just make him hit hydra, then just keep them both leeched, hydras fresh, and hellfires going. I still love TM.

honestly, using power of sacrifice on a melee is pretty shit, only usable on mobs. Giving 15 str and 15 vig to someone for a few ticks is so troll, that rogue at the end was naked, first hit didn't even do any damage, only when pos'd got to kill you

TM warlock makes cyclops super easy you could probably do it without any practice just don’t get hit by the eye stun

its painful watching warlock players complain about their self healing getting any kind of nerf, like they dont have way more/better then any other class, and the ability to spell cast better then any spell caster class becuase of their mechanics

They will buff range constantly! Rangers always buffed. But the one class that doesn't have any range without the cost of health IE I damage myself to do damage! Gets nerffed! Why? "Balance"? I call BS. It's listening to people who get clapped and then say my class sucks when they havw all the tools to win just can't play well enough.
