@Jared Zieff dude Ohio ST got robbed for sure the Clemson wr caught the ball and fumbled it and it was then picked up and returned for a TD then the call was reversed by the refs it was an obvious catch he had two hands on the ball got possession and then made a football move which equals a catch but it was reversed and Ohio ST lost the game because of that ridiculous call

Good teams are naturally the opponents that have the best chance of beating you so it shouldn't be seen as some massive red flag because you lost. Obviously, you need to win in order to ensure a postseason chance but to insinuate that a team sucks because they lost to a good opponent is kind of ridiculous.

Randall Banks As an LSU student, I very much enjoyed this season! I’m just pointing out the facts. Florida best win is far better than Bama’s. Even Florida’s two losses are better than Bama’s, since they had to come to Death Valley and neutral site vs Georgia, compared to Bama, who lost at home vs LSU and on the road vs Auburn.

It's hard for any team to claim they're a real national champion when all conference champions aren't playing in a playoff. The current system is better than in the past, but still needs improvement. If Alabama is truly the best, then they'll have no trouble proving it in a system where the only thing that matters is Ws. We don't need national champions like the 1984 BYU Cougars. Just look at that team's season and you'll see exactly why everything is a joke in NCAA football.

And, if anything, Alabama's most recent championship validates my claims about how broken the selection of a national championship is, and historically has been. Under the BCS system the playoffs replaced, Alabama would've never played in that game. Alabama beat Georgia in the SEC championship game that year, but was seeded lower than Georgia in the NC playoffs. Under the BCS system the NC game would've been Clemson and Oklahoma. Georgia didn't win the SEC, and therefore shouldn't have been in the playoffs. This is evidence for validating claims of an SEC bias in thre ranking system. If Alabama is truly the best team/program in the country, then why hold onto a proven broken past, and refuse to accept a better, more fair system, such as an 8 team NC playoff of only conference champions. It should be conference champions of the power 5, and the 3 highest ranking/best W-L records of 3 other conferences like the MWC, MAC, etc. If Alabama is truly the best, then they'd have no trouble proving it in a fair system. Unfortunately, Alabama fans oppose a fair system because they know their program has benefitted the most from a broken system and don't believe their team could win NC without the help. It's time to put up or shut up. For the record, I've been calling for a 8 team playoff since the conclusion of the 2009 Sugar Bowl game.

As a Bama fan, I really don't think we will be as strong of a team for the next few years. We, have a real problem at Qb and our kicking game. Tua was an incredible passer. But, he can't take a hit. and i'm afraid his brother will be the same way. Those island boys are soft. I think it will take us a few years to get back to where we were.
