What is a bonded foam?
Bonded foam (also known as rebonded or composite foam or super bonded foam) is produced using recycled foam from industrial and post-consumer sources. Trim materials are shredded, coated with binder, placed in moulds and compressed to the required density
Scrap polyurethane foam, also known as bonded foam, is used to make a bonded foam mattress. Under high pressure, PUF scraps or polyurethane foam are glued together to form a strong material. This material is also used as a base layer in mattresses, which helps to keep them in shape over time.
A bonded foam mattress is made from polyurethane scraps or PUF that are fused (or bonded) into layers to create a solid but cushioning effect. It is also called an orthopaedic mattress as it provides great body support.
What is the density of bonded foam?
It's a valuable in 65,80,90,100 & 100+ density.

Thank you for another great and informative video. However, personally, I do not prefer re-bonded foam, despite its benefits and availability in high density. The reason is that it is made from scrap foam, including old hospital bed foams, mattresses from brothel houses, accidental automobile seat foams and exchanged old mattresses, among other things. We are unaware of what might have occurred on those old mattresses. Additionally, we end up purchasing these old mattresses at a high price under the label of "re-bonded foam". The foam that I always prefer is PU - Ortho foam, with densities of 40, 50, 80, etc., made from the original raw materials that you showcased in another video. Nevertheless, it's still a good and informative video!

The recycled particles undergoes a high temperature steam press process. This ensures that the final product is entirely clean and disinfected. There is no chance of any germs carrying over.
