That emotional eating is such a struggle.... thank you for bringing this to light. We are the products of our childhood. At 51 I am trying to work my way through.

Since I am a little older in the first 7 minutes watching you both, I suddenly felt that release: If we have young men now of that kind, everything is all right. Thanks for that gift.

Nimai I love how you said when people say you can’t do something, it’s only revealing their own limited beliefs. Lukis is so beautiful. Every time I hear him I cry! He makes me release things just hearing him. You are both beautiful men and beautiful humans. Thank you. ❤❤

What a lovely surprise seeing Lukis and Nimai in a thumbnail! Kia Ora! I've done O2 Awakening Breathwork class with Lukis few years back! My first every experience with circular breathing. Was one of the best experiences ive ever had. He really does sense people because i remember while i was in the midst of the breathwork I was struggling and Lukis came over and placed his hand on me and i felt this huge sense of calm and warmth. Love from New Zealand. x

I'm so sorry for your loss with your dad but it is interesting that he focused on his stomach being the seat of emotions and where we store them and that transferred to you having an eating disorder centered around the same chakra area to feed your emptiness and emotions. I'm really looking forward to hearing the rest of this interview

I loved everything About this ❤️!!! Thank you so much. You both have an amazing calming vibe and you're both very inspiring! As a body worker of over 20 years, I am leveling up into other healing modalities and the breathing techniques intrigue me immensely. Love and light to you both. 💛 Spiritual Rocker 🤘 💫

I found this podcast deeply healing. Thank you both for sharing such positive energy - I was writing notes all throughout the second half. I am in lockdown in Australia and appreciated Lukis bringing light to this situation and circumstance. I have not been able to see any family (including newborn nieces) or friends for months as they live in different states. Thank you for your podcast, it makes me feel like I have a friend with me during this really trialing time 🌱

As much as I appreciate art; I believe entertainers are paid wayyyy too much... Yeah, there are a few good apples; but the entertainment industry is a toxic cesspool that is feeding off of us.. I support artist against the industry... Art is love. Love doesn't have a price... Artists are slaves

Dude I have no respect for people who add countless ads In the middle of their presentation. The greed is disgusting. It is enough to have an ad in the beginning and at the end if necessary; otherwise you show no respect for your own material, and how can you expect respect from others? 🙄
