fantastic real-world analysis! I wish they would take you up on your offer to manage CALPERS asset allocation. Better yet, would love to have their CIO come on the show to defend their strategies, fees, and performance. But since they aren't accountable that isn't too likely to happen.

Investing via a committee is silly. They should have just bought a few ETF's and called it a day.

Don’t worry about public employees they will tap into the rest of the taxpayers and will get their pensions guaranteed.So what were their returns overall? It can’t be the minuscule amount meb said can it?
