I’m so thankful for this content. The format feels genuine and respectful. Growing up biracial with parents who couldn’t do my hair felt like hell. I finally feel confident doing it with out paying over $100 to a stylist every time I needed help…. I’ve lost career opportunities many times because my hair was considered unprofessional (even after being styled 😅) and it used to sadden me. Taking an hour or more to work with my hair, and then having to monthly pay for expensive hair products just to walk in society sucks some days but I feel thankful to finally have come to a place of peace. Although commercials feature Afros and different textures more liberally, there are still social connotations that need to be worked on. Thanks again from Seattle for continuing! Love to see the younger generations being embraced so lovingly ❤
