Lay has done it again! The King is back indeed. I don't really know if there IS a category to put Lay's music under. He isn't K-pop, but he isn't just C-pop either. His music is a fusion of all different cultures, plus he has so much English in his songs...Lay IS the exception to every rule, no need to explain! This song is straight FIRE, and I haven't been able to get it out of my head since it dropped!! People in the west really need to wake up and start paying attention to this man. He is the real deal! Ugh, the choreo and footwork...he makes it look so dang easy!

Lay is introducing a new genre called M-pop for mandarin mix pop, combining Chinese elements to modern music. If there's anything I would recommend is to watch his live performances, he has several on his channel from his online concert. Personally recommend Bad, Boom, and what u need so you can see the all rounder he is.

He just didn't renew his contract with SM but he's still in EXO. Plus, SM is still in contact with LAY due to his well established status and resourceful connections in China; which means LAY may help out SM if they were to enter the China market in near future. For instance, the same situation applies to Girls' Generation where they still comeback as a FULL group (8 members) though only 5 members renewed their SM contract. Master piece But calling it Veil is contradictory since he says mask off where the veil was something women use not to hide their beauty but for other purposes and reasons (religion,cultural and traditional) where a mask is used to cover and hide. Those ladies dancing with veils look beautiful since A VEIL IS NOT A MASK rather an accessory ,a vail is usually see through but mask hides the face so the song title and the lyrics are contradicting other than that the rest of the song is a masterpiece piece from the mixture of Chinese traditional music and east dances and the hip hop and the flow - just an opinion
