Equations to calculate what you’ve just seen: Nat freq= sqrt of k/m Damp freq=nat freq*sqrt of 1-damping ratio Damping ratio= c/2*sqrt of k*m If damping ratio is 1 it’s overdamped, and if it’s =1 it’s critically damped.

I'm upgrading my cars suspension. What do I need then? This Damper or a Coilover, or a high performance shocks and springs whatsoever? I'm confused.. This damper looks like a complete shock assembly to me.

Wow, "Cover" seems really expensive. I recently used "insure4aday" to insure a car for 24hrs just so i could move it from A to B, and it was less than half the cost of Cover.
