If you're eating cheap bacon you're getting sugar and corn syrup is a form of sugar. There are 3 pages with 3 columns each of different names for sugar. I shop at Publix and get bogo free when I can of the sugar free bacon..

Eh. Cheap bacon at Costco is sugar free. Thick cut sugar free bacon behind the counter at sprouts is also really good and not a bad price.

I learned, just this week, that imported meat from Mexico may have a certain chemical in it. I went to the 3-day meat sale out in Amish country. They had usda ribeye slab for $10.99 per pound. They also had imported ribeye slab for $7.99 a pound. They said it was imported from Mexico. After researching, I opted to buy the usda ribeye slab. My total cost was $197.00 and about enough for 20 meals. Maybe that meat you got was imported?

It sounds like Kimberly's mother may have a reaction to members of the Nightshade family - which includes tomatoes, peppers and potatoes - sadly, all vegetables that I used to enjoy! But this lifestyle has given me back my health.

Ive been very low carb (ketovore) for almost 2 years bc I dont handle fibre either. High fat and morning kefir keeps me regular az. But lately ive been thinking of introducing carrots and kale juiced with a lemon and apple while staying primarily carnivore which makes me feel so well. Juicing without fibre might be a way to ensure im getting the necessary vitaminals and minerals for eye health at 71. If it works I may not need Magnesium Glycinate and Potassium Chloride electrolyte drinksfor night cramps either. Wishing you all the best.

Everytime i feed my kids oatmeal for breakfast they can't sit still during homeschooling and have many more meltdowns and an inability to focus. Every time they ask for it I say I would but I noticed you guys don't focus very well when you have that stuff and then you're hungry for lunch very early

I used to feed my kids steel cut oats and strawberries and pecans every morning. I’m embarrassed now lol. I genuinely believed I was giving them a superior, nutritionally sense breakfast. Now they eat a bunch of eggs and beef for breakfast and go hours without asking for food. Sometimes I make sourdough bread, and they’ll have that with eggs, but they don’t do as well with bread.

I’ve been strict carnivore three months now, and I haven’t lost an ounce….I’m very discouraged…still having other issues that others seem to have overcome on Carnivore. Starting to question whether all the stories told on YT is BS.

I was slightly discouraged as I heard so much about ‘90 days’ until carnivore effects really kick in and, like you, I wasn’t seeing it… but, I stuck with it and am glad I did. It took 120 days for me, then I really felt the benefits. I should say, I am still about 20 pounds over what is meant to be my ideal weight and I can get no lower. I am very tall, doing OMAD and only having a small dinner each day. My point is, the scales are not always a great measure of health. I’d rely more on blood tests to measure your progress, specifically your triglycerides, kidney and liver function. If they are improving, you are improving metabolically. Good luck. I hope you stick with it and it works for you.

M.S.forza you are the one that is full of BS. I asked you on another channel what you ate and you said you were strict. Not even a few days later you mentioned on another channel that you're eating salad and watermelon. Be HONEST and stop whinging that carnivore is not working because you are NOT carnivore. If you're eating salad and watermelon and who knows what else you will keep your blood sugar and insulin levels high. Stop whining about not losing weight or getting better 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

This lady sounds like she was chronically dehydrated. Eating lots of oily, fatty, low-carb, vegan meals and wondering why she felt like shit high carb low-fat diet, focusing on lots of fruit, potatoes, rice, corn, pasta, and sugarcane never makes you feel like crap dietary fat causes insulin resistant, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
