The Guardians of Nazarick has capping in their powers, they can't go beyond level 100, the only way around is to have World Items. Whereas the Tempest Bunch evolves everytime Rimuru evolves to the point that their powers ignore the law of the universe. Not to mention, they have access to Soul corridor connected with Rimuru, which allows them to borrow strength, skills, and whatever they need from Rimuru. It's disadvantageos for the Nazarick Guardians. Not to mention, they have to set up their skills first before engaging in battle which is honestly time-costly.

True though she is a demon lord. Likely she hasn't needed money that much nor reason to use it while in her labyrinth. I mean she likely survived off of the food from the forest as well as she'dve likely been given gifts after helping others be it food, toys, books, etc so think she is just more liking the idea of having a job to finally stick it to the other demon lords that berate her for not having a job than worrying about the being paid a certain amount of coins.. also for her i think she's gonna be visiting and bunking with veldora to enjoy his food and manga since the two will be working together very frequently.. might even be the personal taste tester for veldora while he's coming up with interesting food. Likely better than shion at cooking since he could make it look good as well as taste good.

@kaelren4120 I don't think she got a bad deal as such because the majority of the money made is likely spent on maintaining things, and she likely getting payments from the one use items as she got to create them and they get sold by those working in the dungeon, besides it was Rimuru's idea and she likely not paying taxes, though she got to pay her subordinates and likely gets good treats to eat and also get to play the dungeon game with Rimuru, Millim and Veldora, besides she immortal thus putting the money in bank account will likely earn her a lot of money over time, though what she spends it on is another matter!!
