Hey G, thank you for the suggestions, I have some feedback about the video: The editing and camera angles are cool, but the explanation of the process was very confusing, It was hard for me to understand how to use the prompt and how to implement it due to these two variables: 1. There is no step-by-step process 2. There is no screen sharing to demonstrate how to do the steb by step process I believe that creating a simple, step-by-step Loom video would be much more efficient for the implementation and achieving the goal of providing a solution that your viewers can implement immediately I think the Alex Hormozi video style is good for abstract concept but is not very effective for step by step processes Hope this helps :)

Hey G, happy to help! I have one last feedback on an aspect which I did not full understand about your channel. I noticed that with Growth Elite, you are mainly targeting entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses and this type of target has different tiers: Tier 1# 75% of the YT biz audience beginners = who are mainly attracted to lifestyle and new shiny objects business model, such as "Start this NEW AI Agency." Tier 2# 20% of the YT audience business owners who are making 5 - 30k/month and want to grow Tier 3# 5%of the YT audience Business owners who are making 100k/m + and want to scale to 8 fig or more Analyzing your videos, I do not have a clear understanding what tier you are talking to. For example, in the old videos, you had topics like: - "How I grew my business to 150 ml with AI" (good fit for Tier 2# and 3#). On the other hand, you also had videos like: - "How to create a resume with AI" (which is not directly connected to Tier 1-2-3). And your main video on the channel is: "Chat GPT plug-ins," which is very specific for those who are already using Chat GPT, but probably is not that intuitive and interesting for biz owners in Tier 2 and 3 I think if you target Tier 2 and 3, probably the main video should be: "How I grew my company to 150 ml thanks to AI." And the rest of the videos could be about: "How to get appointments with Chat GPT." "How to manage your sales team with Chat GPT." "How to close every customer with Chat GPT." "How to automate "x system" with Chat GPT." In a way that they are all very hot topics for Tier 2 and 3. This way, you can start by targeting the bottom of the market and then move up to the mass market as Hormozi did. Alternatively, you can directly start with the mass market, but in that case, the video titles could be something like: "How to start a business with AI." "How to find your first customer with AI." What do you think about it? Hope it can be helpful :)
