How Chips Cutting machines are made | How to make Fries Cutter

In this video our team has tried to show the complete manufacturing process of chips cutting machine spare parts. Accessories of the fries cutting machine are made in this factory and we tried to cover the whole process.
These parts are then accumulated into a whole machine and especially used for potato slicing.
And these spare parts were made through aluminum casting.******************************************************************************************************************

I never realized they poured those blades. I always figured they were actual blades attached into the frame. Amazing work.

The blades are stainless (?) steel. Their endings are embedded in the aluminium. Aluminium is not strong enough for potatoe pressure ! 😉

It’s not just the primitive work conditions, lack of benches and no safety wear…it’s the fact that all these places are such total shitholes. With dirt, scrap and junk just slung all over the place getting in the way and waiting for someone to trip over it. No matter how poor you are keeping the place neat costs nothing. I wonder if their houses are the same? 🤔
