Paradigm Shift Series: Chris Paul Episode 1
Do you ever watch players in the NBA, and wonder how they are able to make it look easy? Chris Paul is able to score at will and go through his defenders like they're nothing, even though he doesn't have the traditional "NBA build."
This is primarily due to his unique athletic attributes: supreme balance, rhythm, timing and the ability to accelerate and decelerate.
This series will help change your paradigm about what makes a great athlete and what areas you should focus on. It's not just speed and power, you need to train all areas of athleticism. Every body type has its advantages, you simply have to tailor your game to them.
Thanks for watching, also make sure to follow us on social media for more!

this is one of the best b ball quotes of all time, people focus too much on what their body type won't let them do and not enough on what their body type DOES let them do

It's sad Curry took his shine. I am a Curry fan but CP3 has the talent level of Isiah Thomas. He should be neck in neck with Curry all time but unfortunately, due to poor maintenance and repeated choking moments, he's now underrated. Curry took a page of CP3s book. Everytime Curry plays, he's searching for space like CP3, he also doesn't force plays

Talent wise he was maybe the best in his prime offensively he wasn't steph but he was close then he was DISRUPTIVE on defense i knew he was the truth when he started guarding kd that one playoff series i dont think hes as good offensively as steph but same time he did whatever his team needed blake goes down he will put up 25 & 10 til he get back the only weakness i saw was injuries at the worst times moral of the story he underachieved so its a tie up between him & steph for me steph used to go off but his situation called for it more often so idk who i would take overall

Great content. I appreciate the time taken to break down attributes that enhance a player’s game. Good job👍🏾. When you can I’d like to see how you breakdown Paul George. His mechanics are both quick and slo mo. His balance is firm and his moves are “tight” in a sense that he doesn’t over extend himself but gets by defenders easily. Have a good day

Hard to figure out why he is being labeled 'The Problem' not why he is so effective...been doing it since High School...High IQ and skill and 'Give-A-Damn'...has yet to play with like minds and the smallest windows where those Clippers teams could have actually broken through they had injuries over and over and GSW ascended... Really hope a team like the Timberwolves smarten up and grab him to benefit Wiggins and Towns...but then again those guys have much to prove (Wiggins mostly) in the 'Giva-A-Damn' area.
