I agree with Ndu, the coping mechanisms of one gender shouldn't be necessarily ascribed and recommended to the other because they work for one gender.

He's a psychologist and he's believes we've "toxic masculinity", the moment he mentioned and blamed "toxic masculinity" as on of the factors contributing to rise in depression cases amongst men, I stopped watching the interview.
